This all started with my own story. I was doing everything right, the workouts, the “clean” eating, the green juices, the calorie counting, the never-ending grind of trying to look and feel better.
But honestly? I felt like crap
I was constantly bloated. My skin was dull. My mood was all over the place. I’d swing between restriction and full-blown binges, always chasing the next quick fix. I carried extra weight I didn’t want, but more than that, I felt so uncomfortable in my body. And the most frustrating part? I was trying so hard
But what I eventually learned is this:
I wasn’t broken.I was just following broken advice.
Most of us have been taught the same outdated stuff—eat less, move more, shrink yourself. Rinse and repeat. But real health doesn’t come from obsessing over calories or living in survival mode. It comes from understanding your body, nourishing it properly, and finally feeling like you’re in control
So I went back to school. Got my degree in Human Nutrition
Spent years working with yacht crew and high-achieving women around the world to help them ditch diet culture, balance their bodies, and build confidence from the inside out.
